Lesson 03 drill — Linkers and softeners for longer answers
Three families of words help you extend an answer naturally: REASON (because, since, the reason is…), EXAMPLE (for example, like, especially), and CONTRAST/SOFTEN (although, even though, having said that). Combine them for the 'PEEL' shape: Point → Explain → Example → Link back.
